All employees of Xifonia S.p.A. receive the necessary training to understand the collective and specific risks associated with their work, either in offices, on roads, in depots / refineries or in any other workplace. In order to guarantee a high SAFETY standard, all personnel undertake to comply with all current legislation on the matter and immediately report all POTENTIAL RISK situations and NEAR MISSES that occur during all work activities and that if promptly identified and solved achieve the essence of safety: ACCIDENT PREVENTION.
Indeed, all our new employees, whether at their first job or already experienced, receive specific training regarding H.S.E. and all the activities of Xifonia S.p.A. with particular attention to current legislation and the risks related to the duties to which they are assigned, as well as training on the correct use of personal and collective protection systems.
In order for the above to be guaranteed over time, Xifonia S.p.A. periodically reviews the data concerning its own safety standard both to verify the continuous improvement and to ensure compliance with the contents of the policy, namely, to assess the need for any corrective action to be made on the safety system.
The staff who collaborate to activate our policy for the achievement of the set objectives, besides our gratitude, are the subject of an incentive program that aims to keep interest in safety alive. On the other hand, those whose behaviour constitutes a risk for their own and others' safety, with evident infringement of the safety rules, are subject to the exercise of appropriate disciplinary actions that the case and the national labour contract provide for.
