Whisteblowing - Legislative decree NO. 24/2023
From 17th December 2023, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 24/2023 on whistleblowing, Xifonia S.p.A. has adopted a specific platform (https://whistleblowersoftware.com/secure/xifoniaspa), also accessible from the company website, for reporting offenses or violations of national or European regulatory provisions capable of guaranteeing the anonymity of the reporting employee or collaborator.
The reporting person or "whistleblower" is protected in the event of a wide range of possible retaliations arising from the report (e.g. dismissal, adoption of disciplinary measures, harassment, intimidation, suspensions, change of functions) and acts only if information on the violations reported, disclosed or denounced are truthful and fall within the scope of protection.
Xifonia S.p.A. hopes that this tool can be a source of improvement of its organization and defence of the common good.

f-gas certificationXifonia S.p.A. has obtained the F-GAS certification (EU Reg. 2015/2067) to operate in the field of services of "installation, maintenance, repair, assistance or dismantling of stationary refrigeration equipment, air conditioning and fixed heat pumps containing certain fluorinated greenhouse gases" further enriching its offer of integrated services in the civil and industrial sector (HCAV systems, High Voltage equipment containing SF6 gas, etc.).
